Motorola MotoFone F3 - Phone Review Motorola MotoFone F3

08 May 2007
Reviewed by Miguel C. Rivera

In Summary (Average total score: 2.64 stars)

The slick black appearance of the Motorola MOTOFONE F3 and its attractive purchase price will turn a few heads, giving the impression that it is a reliable and exquisite phone. That impression held due to the phone’s great appearance and durability as well as an amazingly bright and clear screen, its above average reception levels and battery life.

Unfortunately, the ugly truth was soon revealed once the phone was actually used. The realisation that the phone had no noteworthy applications nor features, no internal memory and a required adjustment from the user to access its functions would put the majority of potential buyers off. The use of the ‘digital clock’ like font means it hampers the ability to view longer details of contacts and all text messages. This will certainly ensure that the rest will have reduced interest in the MOTOFONE F3 or at least from the messaging function of the phone. The fact that there are very few features on the phone limits its functionality and should be enough to deter potential buyers.
